Ji Youn Park is an accounting professional and a tax preparer who is passionate about precise and thorough. She started her career as a bookkeeper and a tax preparer in a CPA firm in Oakland. In this position, she provided bookkeeping services for the clients and prepared individual and business tax returns.
Because Ji Youn wanted to develop her career, she attended Golden Gate University in San Francisco and graduated with a master’s degree in accounting and taxation. After college, she worked in the private, public accounting, non-for-profit and government sectors. Her overall responsibility for full-cycle accounting was recording, analyzing, performing account reconciliations, supporting audit, and generating financial statements.
Ji Youn believes that her accounting experience is highly beneficial for her taxation career. She is currently working toward an Enroll Agency (EA) license, passed part 1. Her short-term goal is to become a licensed EA by the end of this year. She will put all her effort into fulfilling the high-quality performance and continuous learning to make her successful career.
