Yuri Spiller was born and raised in Fukushima, north of Tokyo, Japan. Because her father worked in government, her family moved frequently, and she attended multiple elementary and junior high schools—an experience that helped her become adaptable, organized, and comfortable building relationships in new environments.
Yuri began her professional career in Tokyo in the trading department at Alps Alpine, where she developed a strong foundation in business operations. She later transitioned into marketing, working with the Listerine division at Warner-Lambert in Tokyo.
After marrying an American, Yuri relocated to California and continued investing in her education and professional growth. She attended Diablo Valley College to strengthen her English skills, then transferred to San Francisco State University, where she studied psychology with an accounting minor. While in school, she began working as an assistant to a financial advisor in Walnut Creek and quickly became known for her ability to streamline systems and bring order to complex administrative workflows.
Yuri later worked briefly with H&R Block before joining RG Davis & Company. As a CTEC-registered tax preparer, she supports clients with tax return preparation as well as the ongoing details that keep individuals and small businesses running smoothly—payroll, bookkeeping, city license renewals, sales tax filings, and statements of information. Yuri is valued for her thoroughness, calm follow-through, and commitment to helping clients stay compliant and confident year-round.
